DECORATE YOUR OWN SPONGE CHRISTMAS CAKE
We all have had fun over the past months making the mystical unicorn cake, but with Christmas only a few weeks away we thought we would show you how to adapt this popular cake into a magical reindeer. During this class you will be shown how to split, fill and ganache a 6" sponge cake, cover with sugarpaste to produce a straight edge finish and then have fun creating your own charactered reindeer. You will have the use of all equipment required, a 6” sponge base, all the materials and professional tuition. All you need to bring is a box for your cake an apron and lunch.
This course is held in our new teaching facility “The Studio”. Free Car parking is available very nearby. “The Studio” is situated within yards of the local Bus Station and Taxi Rank, with only a 5 minute walk to the Train Station
This course is a short day course starting at 10.00pm and finishing by around 4.00pm.

We will provide all the sugarcraft tools, equipment and materials. Course attendees will receive 10% discount on items purchased in the cake decorating supplies shop on the day of your course.
What you need to bring:
An apron, box for transportation, lunch and your enthusiasm. Free refreshments are provided.
