This class will take you from the making of your cupcakes, manufacteuring your own delicious buttecream to decorating your cupcakes. You will be shown various piping techniques including classic and rose swirls, and grass effect using a variety of piping tubes. You will be shown how to colour the buttercream you have made and ways to produce a two- tone and edge finish. Whilst your cupcakes are cooling you will then work with gum paste to make floral arrangements using the popular ‘Blossom Art’ cutter and mould sets plus many others edible decorations. We will be showing you how to colour and dust these embellishments and how the cutter can be adapted to produce wired samples. We will be using plunger cutters to create textured leaves and delicate butterflies to complete your various designs. You will produce 6 cupcakes which you can take home to impress your family and friends. This class is open to anyone over the age of 15yrs
This course is held in our new teaching facility “The Studio”. Free Car parking is available very nearby. “The Studio” is situated within yards of the local Bus Station and Taxi Rank, with only a 5 minute walk to the Train Station.
This course starts at 10.00am and finishing around 4.30pm.

The course price includes everything you need plus the use of all sugar craft tools, and equipment. Please note only full paying students will recieve the set of Blossom Art cutters you use to keep free of charge. Students can take advantage of 10% discount on items purchased in the cake decorating supplies shop on the day of your course.
