A day for your children to have fun and you time to relax knowing they are enjoying themselves.
We’ve devised this course especially for 12 to 16 year olds during the school holiday. This is a full day course and the student will learn how to carve, split, jam and crumb coat a sponge base. They will then be taught how to professionally cover their base with sugarpaste producing a smooth flawless finish in the shape of a cow. After lunch the children will be shown various skills to produce a selection of farm based cupcakes. The students will learn how too basically pipe buttercream onto cupcakes, make sugar discs in the shape of farm animals and simple models. By the end of the day each student will have a 6" cow face sponge and 6 adorable cupcakes. Please note we will not allow the student to leave the premises unless accompanied by an authorised guardian or parent. This course is held in our new teaching facility “The Studio”. Free Car parking is available very nearby.“The Studio” is situated within yards of the local Bus Station and Taxi Rank, with only a 5 minute walk to the Train Station.
This course is a full day class and will run from 10:00 until around 16:30.

What you need to bring /equipment:
All you need to bring is a apron and a box to take home your finished pieces of work. We can provide this for an extra fee (please ask on enrolment). You will also require a packed lunch.
We will provide all the materials and the use of specialist cutters/equipment throughout this course. Students will also be entitled to discounted equipment and materials for sale in "The Studio" within our retail section. Free refreshments are available during the class.
