A day for your children to have fun and you time to relax knowing they are enjoying themselves.
We’ve devised this course especially for 12 to 16 year olds during the school holiday. This is a full day course and the student will learn how to carve, split, jam and crumb coat a sponge base. They will then be taught how to professionally cover their base with sugarpaste producing a smooth flawless finish in the shape of a cow. After lunch the children will be shown various skills to produce a selection of farm based cupcakes. The students will learn how too basically pipe buttercream onto cupcakes, make sugar discs in the shape of farm animals and simple models. By the end of the day each student will have a 6" cow face sponge and 6 adorable cupcakes. Please note we will not allow the student to leave the premises unless accompanied by an authorised guardian or parent. We would like to thank Helen Penman and Lesley for letting us use their photos and designs and wish them all the best with their wonderful cake decorating series.
