This Demonstration is one of our mini class series.
With Christmas on the horizon, we feel its important that you prepare your fruitcake and marzipan it correctly before you start on the royal icing coating.
Lynda will show the importance of preparing your fruit base before covering is executed. you will then be shown how to cover your cake in marzipan to produce a professional finish . This demonstration should last for one and a half hours, during which time you will be able to ask the expert any questions related to your christmas cake design.
We do not allow Photographs or videoing during the demonstration but you are welcome to take notes. This is a demonstration only and unfortunatley we can only accommodate 8 persons per sitting so book early
This course is held in our new teaching facility “The Studio”. Free Car parking is available very nearby. “The Studio” is situated within yards of the local Bus Station and Taxi Rank, with only a 5 minute walk to the Train Station.
This is a demonstration only starting at 18.00 and finishing by around 19:30.

What you need to bring / equipment:
All you need to bring is a pen and paper to take notes. Each attendee will be served with a Light tea and liquid refreshments during the talk.
