This Demonstration is one of our mini class series open to CAS Students. Open to none students for an additional £10 fee

With the increasing demand of home baked cakes, its important that you cost your cakes correctly and understand the basics in setiing up a business from home. We’re not saying you should charge over the odd prices but we feel you should be able to cover your outlay and expect a little something for your time, dedication and skill. We will explain how to cost correctly and working out your hourly rate. We hope this mini class will benefit anyone already in business or anyone thinking of making cakes for business as well as fun. 

This is the ideal time to ask our professional questions and make notes. This is a demonstration only and unfortunately we can only accommodate 8 persons per sitting so book early


Course Location:

This course is held in our new teaching facility “The Studio”. Free Car parking is available very nearby. “The Studio” is situated within yards of the local Bus Station and Taxi Rank, with only a 5-minute walk to the town Train Station (with an hourly service 7 days a week to most locations including London and crewe). Based in the heart of the midlands Atherstone is on the main A5 national route and close to the M42 motorway, allowing easy acess to Birmingham Airport. The Studio offers an informal relaxed atmosphere and as we only cater for small numbers, it ensures you will get a very close and personal teaching experience. What you need to bring / equipment:

You will be asked to provide a virtual shopping list  (emailed on enrolment) and a pen and paper to take notes. Each attendee will be served with biscuits and liquid refreshments during the talk.
